To help new customers or to clear up any confusion about our EBAY POLICIES, we have adopted a new FAQ page that address the most commonly asked questions we receive.

Do you use actual pictures of the items for sale?

  • Yes, we take as many pictures that are required to properly describe the object for sale, and to show any special characteristics.  While we may sell similar items, each sale item will include actual pictures of the item listed.

Where do I send my payment to?

  • PayPal is our ONLY payment method for items listed on eBay

Will you combine shipping for multiple auctions I've won?

  • Yes, send a total amount request through eBay and we will send you a new invoice

  • Requests are usually answered within 1 business day

  • Please hold off payment until all items are won

  • We cannot combine shipping once the items have already been paid

 

Do INTERNATIONAL customers have to pay additional shipping charges?

  • Yes, we ask all INTERNATIONAL bidders to inquire BEFORE bidding to receive an accurate quote

  • If payment is made without getting a shipping quote, we will hold your funds and item until additional funds are sent

 

How do I know when you have received my payment?

  • We will leave you positive feedback the moment we bill out your order in our system

  • PayPal will also send a payment confirmation email

 

When will my order ship?

  • Orders usually ship out 1-3 business days after we leave you positive feedback.

Do you have tracking information?

  • Tracking information is provided for most DOMESTIC packages ONLY

  • Larger Domestic items receive UPS shipping and we will send a tracking number to your email address

  • Smaller Domestic items may receive a Canada Post Delivery confirmation number which is scanned at delivery.  This number is also emailed to you.

  • NOTE:  Delivery confirmation is not the same as a tracking number.  DC numbers will not show information until the item is scanned at the delivery point.

 

My item was DAMAGED during shipping.  What do I do now?

  • DAMAGED items due to shipping MUST be reported within 5 days of receiving the item

  • DAMAGE inquires are best handled over the phone  

  • We will need to coordinate a pickup time and inquiries made through email will be asked for a contact phone number, and a return call will be made to discuss arragements

  • We encourage all customers to purchase INSURANCE at the time of payment in case of accident

  • If insurance is NOT purchased at time of sale, replacing the item is at our sole discretion

 

My item has already be paid and shipped so why does eBay keep asking me to pay? 

  • We urge all customers to use the eBay checkout system to avoid this problem

  • This is a bug with eBay and cannot be changed on our end so please disregard

  • Leaving us feedback tends to close the eBay transaction and marks items as PAID

 

I am not satisfied with the production, can I return it?

  • We accept returns within 30 days if the product was not opened, installed, or modified in any way from the original condition

  • Shipping the item back will be the responsibility of the buyer

  • A refund will be issued minus the original shipping

  • Items sold with the phrase, "AS IS NO RETURNS" contained in the descriptions, cannot be returned
